Hidden deep in the roots of the great tree, the chamber known as Parliment stands. It is inside one of the roots of the tree. This is where all the important decisions for the tree are made. Only rybs and monarchs can enter here, via a secret tunnel. Normal Guardians can only enter if requested upon by a ryb.
